Highly knowledgeable as well at government affairs as he grew up learning how to deal with the counsel of houses and watching his father working within the system of nobles running Morrowind from the counsel chambers behind their walls of luxury.

Or the time he tried to murder one of their close business partners by drowning Revillithel in a swamp.
